Dinner Plate: Feta Topped Burger






Seriously easy. Seriously yummy :)






Season 1 1/2 lb gound beef with garlic salt, pepper and a little soy sauce. Get help from your toddler and shape beef into 6 patties. Grill over medium heat about 4 minutes on each side. Add red bell pepper on the grill. While burgers are cooking, combine crumbled feta, capers and chopped chives in a small bowl. Remove burgers from heat, top with cheese mixture and roasted red bell pepper cut into 1/4 inch strips. Place on buns and serve with salad or chips.






*I should have added more red bell pepper.
It was delish!
